As our Strategic Sourcing Agent III, you'll take the lead on Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Services Agreements. This isn't about product procurement; it's entirely focused on developing, negotiating, and managing complex services contracts across critical categories like Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. You'll be instrumental in optimizing CapEx spend across our extensive network of over 200 manufacturing, warehouse, and office locations, requiring exceptional collaboration skills.
✨ What You'll Do
- Develop, Negotiate, and Manage CapEx Services Contracts: Lead the full lifecycle of agreements, focusing exclusively on services, not direct product purchases.
- Drive Sourcing Strategy: Spearhead RFPs, develop robust sourcing strategies, and champion sustainability-driven supplier initiatives.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal stakeholders on critical areas such as spend analytics, ensuring contract compliance, and tracking performance metrics.
- Deliver Cost Savings: Identify and execute opportunities to drive substantial cost savings across complex CapEx service categories and long-term vendor agreements.

You're a seasoned sourcing professional with a deep understanding of service-based contracts, particularly within a large, multi-site operational environment. You thrive on collaboration and possess a proven track record of delivering measurable cost efficiencies and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage CapEx services contracts (focusing on services, not product buys).
- Lead RFPs, sourcing strategies, and sustainability-driven supplier initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on spend analytics, contract compliance, and performance metrics.
- Drive cost savings across complex categories and long-term vendor agreements.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement or CapEx-focused supply chain.
- Deep experience in contract and services agreement management.
- Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
- strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Think Cell.
- Bonus points for CPSM, CSCP, or CPM certification!
