Responsibilities
The Mail Processor plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of applications in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
On a daily basis, you may be assigned to perform tasks in one or more of the following functional areas:
- Document Handling: Process a high volume of document transactions involving moderately complex tasks and varying procedures.
- Envelope Extraction: Open incoming mail, extract checks, and validate payment amounts.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and sort documents for scanning by removing staples, organizing pages, and verifying completeness.
- Scanning: Capture images of documents and checks, ensuring time and date accuracy during the imaging process.
- Assembly: Assemble and organize documents by punching holes, inserting fasteners into folders, and applying accurate labels.
Monday through Friday (full-time, on-site)
