Responsibilities
- Learn full line of ATX and TaxWise products including features, uses, and value proposition.
- Acquire and maintain forms, instructions, specifications, and publications related to tax software.
- Update form data in databases and communicate with developers and regulatory agencies.
- Design and edit forms using spreadsheet-style tools, ensuring alignment with agency specifications.
- Obtain approvals from state/federal agencies for form use in software products.
- Serve as liaison between developers and regulatory agencies.
- Represent by maintaining professional relationships and upholding company values.
