Responsibilities
- Lead the entire hiring process, from posting job ads to making offers.
- Actively search for and attract candidates using online databases, community events, and job fairs.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
- Manage all communication with candidates and track their progress through the hiring system.
- Handle new hire onboarding, including paperwork and setting up employee records.
- Assist with general HR tasks like answering staff questions, managing files, and providing administrative support.
