Responsibilities
As a Client Services Representative, job duties include:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Conduct facility tours as needed.
- Maintain the visitor log and perform Export Compliance checks.
- Arrange client hotel and car accommodations; provide luggage tags and Welcome Packets.
- Support creation of Client Roster Reports and other enterprise reports.
- Ship and mail client training completion documents.
- Assist with processing accounts payable invoices and monthly sales tax reports.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support in a nationwide organization.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with multi-line phone systems and office equipment (scanner, fax, copier, iPad).
