We’re currently hiring a SAP Order Entry Specialist to support our client’s pharmaceutical operations in a dynamic hybrid role. Responsibilities
As a SAP Order Entry Specialist, job duties include:
- Triage customer inquiries received through the "Contact Us" pages on the websites via the Kana system.
- Route cases to appropriate departments or respond using pre-defined templates.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP S4 Hana.
- Follow detailed protocols and SOPs to ensure compliance and consistency in communication.
- 2+ years working as a SAP Order Entry Specialist in a Pharmaceutical organization.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to objectively assess and resolve customer issues.
- Experience using SAP S4 Hana and a proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word..
