We’re currently seeking a Recruiting Generalist to support full-cycle hiring for high-impact teams across this organization, including Azure Data, Security, MAI, Commercial/Sales, and Marketing lines of business.
In this remote role, you’ll be an essential partner in driving the mission forward by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. You'll work across a variety of business areas and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes aligned with the company's ambitious goals.
salary: $38.45 - $44 per hour

Responsibilities
Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for all FTE roles open across Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, Marketing lines of business. This consists of sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers or rejecting candidates, and onboarding.
Relationship building skills - Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Candidate Engagement and pipelining skills – Contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and keeping candidates warm and available for upcoming roles
