Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, Last Mile Operations, you'll be responsible for inspiring your team to achieve peak productivity, maintain professionalism, and strive for error-free performance. Your daily tasks will include assigning and monitoring work activities, providing instruction on proper equipment usage, operational procedures, maintenance, and housekeeping requirements. You will also oversee the availability of necessary tools, materials, and supplies, ensure adherence to all safety procedures and programs, and manage inventory, including monitoring levels and reconciling merchandise. A key part of your role will involve assisting with problem resolution to maximize associate productivity and taking corrective action for substandard performance.
