Are you a highly experienced and exceptionally organized Legal Assistant seeking a pivotal role supporting a dynamic legal team? A prominent law firm in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Legal Assistant to support a primary attorney and his team of 4-5 additional attorneys.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced and challenging litigation environment.



salary: $89,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of law firm experience is required.
  
  
• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent (speak, read, and write) in both Spanish and English. Other language skills are a plus.
  
  
• Organizational Prowess: Exceptionally highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
  
  
• Technical Savvy: Proficient with legal technology and office software.
  
  
• Key Administrative Skills: Demonstrated experience with:
  
  
  • E-filing procedures

  • Travel arrangements
    
    
  • Comprehensive calendar management
    
    
• Availability: Must be available for overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support litigation demands.
