Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly, positive, and respectful tone in all communications.
- Keep customer records updated and document all interactions in our system.
- Work closely with internal teams to solve customer concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while providing support.
- Consistently meet performance goals like response time, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores.
