In this dynamic role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations, from handling mail and general inquiries to ensuring our team has the right IT equipment and support. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for staff with any operational or financial questions.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the office manual and other shared resources, ensuring all staff can access information.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the DC office and coordinate with other offices as needed.
- Handle general email accounts, coordinate with relevant staff, and respond to general inquiries.
- Retrieve, process, and send mail, including depositing checks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all equipment, such as laptops, phones, and tablets.
- Coordinate with the IT provider to ensure all staff have the proper equipment and software.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all staff with finance and operations inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Finance and Administration to maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Code payables, receivables, and revenue.
- Coordinate with staff to administer stipends to program participants.
- Provide technical support to staff regarding purchasing and reimbursements.
- Administer the expense reporting system and ensure monthly reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Assist with the annual audit and other projects as needed.
