Responsibilities

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties.

• Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls, emails, and in-person requests, diagnosing issues, and dispatching them to the appropriate team.
• You will utilize an electronic ticketing system to log, track, and manage all requests from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Additionally, you will handle general clerical tasks, coordinate service requests, and act as a liaison between employees, customers, and vendors.
• This role requires a highly organized, reliable, and adaptable individual with great communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
