Responsibilities
- Lead our Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, optimize processes, and manage essential functions from procurement and IT to driving impactful internal collaborations.
- Champion our People: Manage all HR functions for our dedicated team of 5-10 employees, from recruitment and payroll to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Drive Financial Success: Be a key player in our financial planning, budgeting, and accounting, preparing detailed reports that guide strategic decisions for our executives and Board. Expertise with QuickBooks and bill.com is a huge plus!
- Ensure Legal & Compliance Excellence: Review contracts, ensure adherence to critical laws (employment, 501(c)(3) status, data privacy), and safeguard our organizational integrity.
- Empower our Board: Serve as the primary liaison to our Board of Directors, coordinating crucial meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and providing invaluable administrative support.
