Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Mediate disputes and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, assist managers with setting performance goals, and provide coaching on performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Participate in salary surveys and ensure compensation structures are competitive and equitable.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS). Generate reports on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure all HR practices and policies are in compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees. Assist with creating and delivering training sessions on various topics, such as workplace safety and diversity.
