Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, and enroll undergraduate and graduate students into a health professions academic program.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community partners, and local colleges.
- Develop and execute yield events to support targeted enrollment pipelines.
- Use data to track enrollment analytics and direct outreach efforts for maximum impact.
- Produce and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences to support program growth.
- Travel to recruitment events (locally and within a nearby radius) to recruit prospective students, and actively participate in on-campus and virtual events.
- Prepare weekly admission reports.
- Possess knowledge of the healthcare system.
- A sales & marketing orientation with a track record of demonstrated results.
