About the Role
Reporting to the COO, the Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function as the sole HR professional. This is a hands-on role for an adaptable HR professional as the organization is restructuring. You will be instrumental in blending big-picture strategy with tactical execution.
Responsibilities - key responsibilities include biweekly payroll - ADP WFN, HRIS management, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance and policy development.
- 7 years of progressive human resources experience, SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
- Nonprofit workforce experience is a plus
salary: $40 - $45 per hour

- Manage all core HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and leave administration - payroll biweekly ADP WorkforceNow
- Oversee the total rewards strategy, including compensation analysis, benefits administration, and management of broker relationships
