Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Collections Specialist who has a solid background in the legal field and a proven track record of collecting from individuals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Microsoft Suite and Clio and will thrive in a team-oriented environment while independently driving collections efforts.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute collection strategies to recover outstanding debts from individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities using Microsoft Suite and Clio.
- Communicate effectively with clients and debtors to negotiate payment plans.
- Collaborate with legal team members to develop and implement effective collections processes.
