Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and process a high volume of invoices, ensuring they are properly coded and have the correct approvals before payment.
- Vendor Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts, respond to vendor inquiries, and reconcile monthly vendor statements to resolve any discrepancies.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payments to vendors via checks, ACH, and wire transfers, and assist with preparing weekly check runs.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts, and assist with month-end and annual close processes.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation as needed.
