Responsibilities
- Process Requisitions and Purchase Orders (POs): Accurately and timely approve requisitions, create new purchase orders (POs), issue POs to vendors, and manage purchase order changes within the Workday system.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to diagnose and resolve complex questions related to purchase orders and goods/service receipts, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Supplier Management: Review and approve new supplier requests within Workday, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Compliance: Conduct necessary supplier background checks as part of the onboarding process to mitigate risk.
- System Maintenance: Ensure all procurement records and activities in Workday are current and accurate.
