Our client is a non-profit organization with a great mission behind them! They are looking for a detail oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the communications department. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering the organizations digital communications, helping members stay informed, engaged, and connected through PowerTalks, PowerCasts, and member newsletters. This will be a full-time, hybrid opportunity located in DC, with a contract duration that will last 4-6 months (potential to extend and/or become permanent for the right candidate). Responsibilities

• Format, proof, and schedule recurring digital communications (including PowerTalks, PowerCasts, and member newsletters) ensuring all content meets the organizations quality, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Collect and organize copy, images, and links from contributors across departments to produce cohesive, engaging member communications.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all email campaigns to ensure optimal readability and technical performance across devices.
• Upload and maintain member distribution lists, ensuring segmentation accuracy and clean data management.
• Track and summarize campaign analytics (open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes), identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized documentation and digital archives of templates, assets, and completed campaigns.
• Support process enhancements, template updates, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Demonstrate collaboration, accountability, and transparent communication in all interactions—reflecting organizational values and competency expectations.
