This role is the backbone of our financial health, offering diverse responsibilities across cash management, ledger maintenance, and AP/AR. Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis 

• Prepare and report a daily overview of the operating account activity for management review.
  
  
• Manage the monthly review and entry of corporate credit card reconciliations.
  
  
• Complete various month-end reconciliations and prepare required journal entries.
  
  
• Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for the annual financial audit.
  
  

Cash and Treasury Management 

• Oversee all institutional cash management, including maintaining and reconciling petty cash.
  
  
• Process all daily cash and check deposits, ensuring timely and secure delivery (electronic or physical) to the banking institution.
  
  
• Manage occasional banking institution visits as necessary.
  
  
• Maintain and process multiple cash and credit card sales ledgers.
  
  

Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) 

• Process and manage all Accounts Payable (AP) activity, including invoice entry and payment execution.
  
  
• Process and manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) activity, including billing and payment collection.
  
  

Experience with Blackbaud Finance Edge and not-for- profit world a HUGE PLUS!
