Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing BigTime (the time-keeping system with additional functionality)
• Ensuring timely invoicing and client payments
• Manages accounts receivables
• Organizes and manages contracts, reviews expense reports and ensures proper payment of contractors
• Running conflicts checks
• Liaising with contractors regarding billing questions
• Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
• Support the planning and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
• Communicate and collaborate with various teams, such as IT, Finance, and Human Resources, to align on goals and solve problems.
