Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing vendor invoices and expense reports for Accounts Payable.
- Performing routine bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Preparing and posting basic journal entries to the General Ledger.
- Assisting with customer invoicing (Accounts Receivable) and cash receipts application.
- Supporting month-end closing and audit preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely entry of AP transactions, and handle vendor and expense report inquiries.
- General Ledger & Reconciliation: Prepare and post basic journal entries and conduct routine bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures and maintain organized supporting documentation for all financial records.
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoices (billing), apply cash receipts, and monitor AR aging.
- Compliance: Support audit preparation by gathering documents and ensuring financial activities comply with GAAP.
