- Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
- Location: Fremont, CA
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on experience)
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following core duties:
- Invoice Management: Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- System Utilization: Perform all accounts payable functions, including data entry and processing, using Oracle 11i software.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for all vendor inquiries, professionally communicating payment status, seeking invoice clarification, and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Research, analyze, and resolve complex invoice and payment discrepancies by collaborating with internal client departments and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience utilizing Oracle 11i accounting software for AP functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
