- Location: Onsite in Washington, DC 20001 (Metro accessible; paid parking available nearby).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET.
- Pay: $24.00 per hour.
- Environment: Business casual (think slacks/khakis, blouses, button-downs, blazers, sweaters).
- Start date: 12/29/2025 with on-the-job training.
- Interview: Video interview with the hiring manager (Teams) and possibly a quick meet & greet onsite.
- Project length: Long-term assignment with potential for extension
- Have prior office services or hospitality experience (law firm experience is a big plus).
- Are polished, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients and attorneys.
- Have communication, tech skills (Microsoft Office), and love staying organized.
- Don’t mind being active—walking, standing, lifting up to ~40 lbs, setting up rooms, and tidying spaces.
