Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills (Required): Demonstrated proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly analytical field.
- Analytical Aptitude: Quantitative skills with an ability to manage and synthesize large, complex datasets effectively.

Responsibilities
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Forecasting
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze program performance, trends, and variances to inform revenue forecasts monthly.
2. Budgeting & Variance Analysis
Assist in development of the annual budget plan, working with cross-functional teams. Analyze actual results vs. forecast/budget and explain variances.
3. Customer Payment Processing
Lead the reconciliation and processing of customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
4. Financial Analysis
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to gather data and understand financial impacts
