- Spearhead Space Management: Manage the care and maintenance of all in-office spaces, including work, conference, and teaming rooms, as well as common areas (copy/print/supply, catering/café) to ensure they are neat, organized, and ready for use.
- Support Core Administrative Tasks: Provide essential administrative support for efficient office operation, including preparing and editing correspondence and reports, managing and organizing schedules and appointments, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Enable Office Functionality: Assist with the coordination of office activities and events; handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails and phone calls); and manage incoming/outgoing mail processes.
- Deliver Hospitality & Specialized Support: Provide professional support for hospitality services, assist with reception/guest arrival tasks, and support specialized sub-functions, including Tax Processing, procurement, records, and facilities.
- Proactively Problem-Solve: Utilize professional agility and an appropriate sense of urgency to handle multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
- Minimum 2 years of office support experience in a fast paced corporate, customer-centric environment.
- Commitment to be present in office Monday – Friday during assigned business hours (Sacramento Office).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional maturity and an approachable, professional, and pleasant demeanor for effective interaction with all levels of professionals.
- Ability to work occasional overtime when needed.
