Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first line of HR support for employee inquiries regarding general policies, benefits, and system access
- Meticulously review payroll data to ensure hours recorded match pay output prior to processing
- Track, verify, and follow up on employee timesheets on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure 100% compliance
- Resolve discrepancies in hours or pay in coordination with finance department and HR leadership
- Manage full lifecycle of job postings within BrightMove ATS to ensure roles posted accurately and in timely manner
- Oversee distribution and collection of HR documents such as offer letters and policy acknowledgments using DocuSign
- Maintain integrity of employee data within Insperity HRIS platform
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth hand-off from recruitment to onboarding
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects to support growing infrastructure of organization
- Safeguard sensitive employee data ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines regarding PHI and best practices for PII protection
- 3–5 years HR experience; nonprofit background (100+ employees) preferred
- Proven proficiency in payroll auditing and manual reconciliation
- Tech stack expertise: Insperity, BrightMove, DocuSign, Google Workspace
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PII compliance and data security
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and available for immediate start
