Responsibilities
- High-Volume Sourcing: Implement and execute strategic sourcing plans to generate a constant pipeline of candidates for After-School Instructor roles in the Sacramento area.
- Targeted Outreach: Utilize job boards, social media, and community partnerships to specifically target individuals with 1-2 years of experience in childcare, education, tutoring, or after-school programs.
- Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume phone and video screens to assess experience, enthusiasm, fit for youth programs, and adherence to program safety requirements.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with program leaders to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and local market conditions.
- Interview Coordination: Manage and efficiently schedule a high volume of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Process Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers, and initiate pre-employment checks (e.g., background and reference checks).
