Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales and Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of their DC showroom. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring our sample inventory is organized and accessible, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Guest Relations 

• Greet clients, designers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team by pulling, preparing, and shipping samples for client presentations.
• Enter opportunities and quotes into Salesforce CRM system- we will provide training.  
• Support with showroom events and administrative tasks as needed.

Sample Inventory Management:

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of carpet and LVT samples.
• Restock and label sample shelves as needed.
• Track incoming and outgoing sample orders.

Shipping & Logistics:

• Package and ship product samples daily using FedEx.
• Monitor supply levels and reorder shipping materials as necessary.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain office supplies and manage general showroom upkeep.
• Provide basic clerical support including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.
