• 7–10+ years of experience in tax preparation and review for high-net-worth individuals and business entities
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess (tax preparation) and TaxDome (document management)
• Ability to communicate tax data clearly to clients
• Management of multiple parallel tax files while meeting strict statutory deadlines
• Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours per week at the Vienna, VA office, flexible days and hours

Key Responsibilities

• Review individual and business tax returns to ensure technical accuracy and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with clients via phone and email to resolve open items and explain tax outcomes
• Manage the tax lifecycle using CCH Axcess and TaxDome from preparation through final delivery
• Complete a minimum of 30 hours of work per week
• Organize and retrieve financial records within the document management system
• Flag tax planning opportunities or risks discovered during the review process for advisory follow-up
