Role Overview
- Schedule: 20 hours per week (5 hours/day, 4 days a week; Fridays off)
- Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in-office)
- Compensation: Up to $26/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle AP/AR: Manage invoicing processes and perform proactive follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
- Financial Review: Assist in reviewing P&L statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Cash Management: Handle daily bank deposits and process employee/vendor expense reimbursements.
- General Ledger Support: Apply a solid understanding of debits and credits to ensure proper account coding and integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a friendly point of contact for schools and partners regarding billing and account inquiries.
