- Passive Sourcing: Execute sophisticated outreach to attract top-tier passive talent via networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Candidate Advocacy: Manage the end-to-end experience—from first touch to onboarding—ensuring professional communication and a premium candidate journey.
- Data & Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives and utilize recruiting metrics to optimize processes and provide insights on market trends and compensation.

Our client is seeking a strategic, high-agency Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for critical GTM and Corporate functions. Serving as a key advisor to leadership, this individual will translate business priorities into sophisticated sourcing strategies to scale Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and calibrate talent bars.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the recruitment lifecycle, from passive outreach to complex offer negotiations.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and professional journey for every applicant.
- Data-Driven Growth: Optimize hiring workflows using metrics and market insights.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven success in GTM and corporate hiring with a focus on passive talent.
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms and a self-starter mindset.
