Randstad is seeking a professional HR Candidate with the below qualficiations. • Handle employee investigations of all matters, from start to finish (hands on approach) • Handle multiple employee investigations at one time • Interpret established HR policies • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors regarding HR policies and best practices • Identify red flags and take appropriate action to address/resolve issues promptly • Document employee investigation summaries and draft employee counseling notices • Recommend appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with policies
