Responsibilities
- License Management: Actively monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses in strict accordance with established business rules.
- Member Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the LinkedIn Learning inbox, providing timely and professional responses to member and staff inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize internal staff meetings regarding the LinkedIn Learning program and participate in regularly scheduled syncs with LinkedIn representatives.
- Document Control: Maintain an organized central storage system for all critical LinkedIn Learning contracts, guides, and internal documentation.
- Reporting: Regularly generate and distribute progress reports to the Portfolio Manager and relevant stakeholders in the Education and Career Development units.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Team and Membership units to ensure the benefit aligns with broader strategic engagement goals.
