On behalf of our client, we are seeking a focused, tech-savvy HR Records Auditor to help their HR department streamline and modernize their personnel files. Working within a clear, pre-designed framework, you will play a vital role in ensuring their records are consistent, compliant, and perfectly organized. Note on Urgency & Schedule: This position has a target start date of next week. This is an onsite, part-time project located in Washington, D.C. (Farragut North area). Please only apply if you are available to work the following schedule:
- Tuesday – Thursday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Personnel File Auditing: Review digital HR files to ensure all required documentation is present and correctly filed.
- Template Execution: Follow a specific, pre-designed folder template structure and checklist to organize digital personnel files.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable working within SharePoint and navigating project boards. Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
- Discrepancy Identification: Document missing paperwork or inconsistencies and report findings to the HR team for resolution.
- Record Integrity: Maintain a high volume of file processing while ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to the established filing framework.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with extreme discretion and professional integrity.
