We are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations for a growing Sacramento-based law firm. This role is perfect for someone who works well independently in a small-office environment and is comfortable with a part time (3 days on-site) schedule.
Key Responsibilities: * Maintain day-to-day books in QuickBooks Online on a cash basis. * Process payroll and manage AP/AR. * Reconcile bank/credit card accounts and run monthly reports. * Support leadership with budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications: * 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (Law firm experience is a plus!). * Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. * Proven ability to meet strict payroll and reporting deadlines.

- Track expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support leadership with budgeting, basic forecasting, and financial visibility
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met (payroll, payables, reporting, etc.)
- Improve and document accounting processes as the firm grows
