Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Management: Resolve incoming calls by identifying needs, providing policy-compliant information, and building professional rapport.
- Order Transparency: Manage pricing inquiries and shipment tracking; proactively communicate delays or risks to ensure customer transparency.
- Relationship Cultivation: Build sustainable, trust-based relationships through consistent and interactive communication.
- Account & Demand Management: Maintain accurate demand forecasts and account records while collaborating with Sales to exceed revenue targets.
- Voice of Customer (VoC): Execute quarterly surveys, analyze feedback, and present actionable improvement strategies to management.
- Issue Resolution & ISO Compliance: Manage the feedback log and lead internal root-cause analysis to resolve issues in alignment with ISO standards.
- After-Sales Oversight: Direct administrative processes for After-Sales, including RMAs, core management, and final findings reports.
- Process Improvement: Audit customer-facing procedures to identify gaps, implement optimizations, and ensure long-term process sustainability.
- Other Administrative duties as needed.
