Responsibilities
- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input and update financial data into the accounting system to ensure all 2025 records are current.
- Audit Preparation: Assist the Finance team in organizing digital and physical files, ensuring all backup documentation is easily accessible for the 2025 Audit.
- Data Reconciliation: Cross-reference financial entries against receipts, invoices, and bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks to free up the Finance team's capacity for day-to-day operations and reporting.
- File Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive organizational financial information.
