Responsibilities
Customer Service & Inquiry Support:
- Triage, track, and respond to inbound inquiries, primarily through the organization's customer service platform.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses using established guidance, templates, and escalation protocols.
- Identify recurring issues or trends in inquiries and flag them for program staff as appropriate.
- Review, refine, and recommend updates to FAQ pages and standard communications based on identified trends.
- Assist with data cleaning, validation, and entry related to grants and fellowship programs.
- Support record maintenance in the grants management system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Research and promote fellowships and grants across external scholarship and funding platforms.
- Assist in identifying best practices for information sessions hosted by peer organizations and propose practical enhancements to information sessions.
- Support other, time-sensitive operational tasks, as assigned by program staff.
