Responsibilities
Experience supporting commercial real estate portfolios (leased and owned assets)
Experience managing lease workflows, contract tracking, and document control
Experience working with Accounts Payable, vendor onboarding, and W-9 processing
Experience supporting compliance and legal documentation processes
Technology & Systems
CoStar (lease tracking, critical date reporting, portfolio management)
Icertis TractManager (contract documentation, compliance tracking, reporting)
Lawson Accounting System (vendor setup, payment processing support)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel reporting, document management, Outlook calendar/email)
Lease management or contract database systems (preferred)
