Proficiency in industry-specific tools such as KIPU for credentialing and Paychex Flex for time management is essential to maintain compliance across our medical and mental health programs. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000–$130,000, complemented by a generous benefits package that includes 80% employer-paid health premiums and a 2% 401(k) match. This role requires travel between our DC, Maryland, and Baltimore sites and offers a flexible leadership schedule to accommodate the needs of our diverse clinical operations.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop HR strategies to support mission-driven growth from 30 to 60 employees while managing transitions from external consultants across five regional offices.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain a centralized employee handbook and compliance policies via SharePoint to ensure legal and industry alignment.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies specifically for medical and behavioral health service delivery.
- Development & Performance Management: Design training programs to address skill gaps and "compassion fatigue" while establishing a comprehensive performance evaluation system for all staff.
- Employee Relations: Foster a supportive work environment by managing internal communications, "office politics," and complex clinical staff schedules.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Utilize KIPU to track professional license expirations and maintain behavioral health documentation in accordance with labor and privacy laws.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Lead initiatives that promote equitable practices and a diverse workforce in alignment with the organization’s vision of inclusiveness.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze workforce trends and compliance data using KIPU and Paychex Flex to provide actionable reports for senior leadership.
