Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the production facility to ensure manufacturing targets are met on time.
- Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of geothermal units and components to maintain strict compliance with industry safety and performance standards.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage production budgets, labor schedules, and material requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor assembly technicians and shop floor staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Work closely with design engineers to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks or equipment failures involving PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and complex thermal systems.
- Inventory & Procurement: Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure a steady supply of high-grade raw materials and specialized components.
- Experience: Typically requires 5–10 years in industrial production or HVAC/thermal manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with geothermal heat pump technology, pressure vessels, and industrial electrical systems.
- Compliance: strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations related to green energy production.
