This is a long-standing organization well known in their speciality, with stable leadership, and consistent project flow throughout the region. Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily administrative functions
  
  
• Manage permits, licenses, and compliance documentation
  
  
• Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  
  
• Enter invoices and assist with project-related accounting in ERP systems
  
  
• Maintain project files and contract documentation
  
  
• Compile closeout packages and Operations & Maintenance manuals
  
  
• Coordinate internal meetings and assist with office operations as needed
