Responsibilities
- Front Office Support: Act as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting residents and visitors with professionalism.
- Resident Inquiry Handling: Assist residents with general questions, maintenance requests, or application inquiries.
- Data & Documentation: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital), and ensure paperwork is processed timely.
- Operations Support: Assist the Property Manager with daily operational tasks to ensure the site remains compliant and efficient.
