Responsibilities

• Execute the full lifecycle of customer orders within the ERP system, including entering complex technical specifications, tracking production status, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate daily with production scheduling, inventory, and shipping departments to confirm material availability and provide customers with realistic lead times and delivery dates.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product lines to assist customers with technical inquiries, material certifications, and the processing of Returns Material Authorizations (RMAs) or quality claims.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts by analyzing their historical order patterns within the ERP database to anticipate upcoming needs and manage "Safety Stock" levels to prevent backorders.
• Generate and analyze open-order reports and shipping manifests to identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process, proposing workflow adjustments to leadership to improve metrics.
