Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing-related customer inquiries, orders, and technical support.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Manage communication regarding production schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-specific issues, including product specifications and technical questions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues related to manufacturing.
- Continuously improve service quality by understanding manufacturing workflows and constraints.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing customer service role.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical questions and coordinate with production teams.
- Proficiency in ERP or manufacturing management software.
