Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle disbursement process by navigating invoice approvals and coordinating timely check runs.
- Bridge the gap between operations and finance by auditing job costs and managing month-end accruals.
- Act as a financial detective to align employee expense filings with internal balance sheets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor success, handling everything from tax compliance to PO troubleshooting.
- Maximize company liquidity by identifying early-pay discounts and managing stop-payment protocols.
- Oversight of specialized treasury tasks including lien waiver processing and secure bank deposits.
- Keep the general ledger pristine through rigorous monthly statement audits and transaction matching.
- Navigate tax compliance by generating accurate sales tax reports from outgoing payments.
- Support the revenue cycle by assisting with outreach to national accounts and channel partners.
