Opportunities to Grow and Deliver In this role, you will transition from task management to driving operational excellence. Your contributions include:
- Orchestrating Daily Operations: Set the stage for success by preparing "Plan of the Day" meetings and distributing vital performance reports to the crew.
- Mastering Technical Documentation: Take ownership of the work package lifecycle—preparing, verifying, and uploading critical work orders and procedures into electronic systems.
- Strategic Scheduling: Utilize WorkLoud to manage crew hours and schedules, ensuring technical teams are always positioned for success.
- Specialized Project Support: Collaborate on outage work packages and procedure markups, gaining unique exposure to high-stakes industrial standards and compliance.
- Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or utility environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of MS Office (Excel/Word). Experience with SAP or Concur is highly preferred.
- Precision and Reliability: An eagle eye for detail and a commitment to following structured, safety-focused procedures.
- Clear Communication: The ability to engage professionally with shop supervisors and internal crews alike.
