Responsibilities
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires for the onsite location.
Serving as the main point of contact for client management to ensure client needs are met.
Managing daily attendance, conducting site checks, and overseeing timekeeping/payroll systems.
Conducting safety walkthroughs, enforcing PPE policies, and handling accident investigations.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
